1. Advance Payment: 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is payable at delivery.

2. Handmade Products: All products are handmade with care. Slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur.

3. Processing Time: Please allow 10–12 business days for your handmade order to be prepared and delivered.

4. Open Parcel Facility: Customers are allowed to open and check their parcel before making the final payment.

5. Order Details: Customers must provide accurate contact information and a complete delivery address.

6. Order Confirmation: Orders will be processed after receiving the required advance payment.
